therapy is not the only place we can heal, and therapists are not the only ones with the power to help us heal. what I do is not therapy, and also, it is helpful for so many.
you are the expert on you. it is an absolute honor for me to work with you on your healing journey, and I am very aware that you always know yourself better than I ever could.
we need collective liberation. liberation that only serves certain populations is not real liberation. we rise together, or not at all.
systems of oppression encourage us to absorb the blame for their harm, thinking of ourselves as lazy or bad, when really, we're surviving under inherently evil systems, like white supremacy, misogyny, capitalism, and more.
every single human deserves to take up space as they are, including their mistakes. avoiding rupture is impossible, but facilitating repair is absolutely possible.
how I approach my work
becoming who you are is a highly individual experience, and therefore, my guidance is also super personalized to the specific people I work with.
